More problems shipping my Alienware

Question

So its been almost a month since i ordered my Alienware and I've had 2 delays so far. The last time i called a supervisor told me it would ship the 27th and I was relatively content with that but still angry. Now my order is delayed till September 11th? Seriously is going on. I got this computer expecting quality service and I've gotten the opposite of that. It does not take a month to order a graphics card.
