Mouse not working

Hello Dell Support Team,  
I have a Dell Wireless Mouse (Model: WM118t, DP/N: 04WJ8P, Mfg Date: May 2025.  
Since peripherals do not have a Service Tag, I am unable to submit a warranty claim directly.  
I purchased this mouse on 8th September 2025 from Amazon.
Please guide me with the process for a warranty exchange. I can share the order number and invoice copy in a private message.
