My Dell Case - Help Needed
What does it take to get an answer that does not sound like Dell/Alienware is blowing me off?
Dell fried my motherboard trying to repair a Wifi Card and now all I can get is "Someone will call or email you about replacing the computer in 2-3 days."
The system's most recent issue has been ongoing since October, took 2 months to replace a defective video card (Third time it was replaced, last time took 45 days) including a trip to the Depot which they failed to fix the issue, but returned the system covered in Thermal Paste. A dell on site tech was nice enough to clean it up when they finally replaced the video card, though they broke the WiFi card in doing so. Now they tried to fix the Wifi and fry the Motherboard. The computer is just over 26 months old and has been completely out of service for 5 of those months, and one part or another waiting for replacement for another 4 additional months. 9 months out of 26 not working...GREAT JOB.
The performance of "YOUR TECH TEAM" has been less then satisfactory. I paid more for the warranty then most pay for a computer and yet service has been polite but incompetent at best..
I have removed any content which violates DELL claims violated TOS, but I still need an answer.
Anyone know the number to anyone at Dell who can do something besides impolitely tell me "TOUGH LUCK, wait for a call"?

Still waiting. Got nothing better to do then post here since my computer is a brick thanks to dell.
