My order keeps getting delayed

My order has been delayed multiple times and is now ~15 days past the original estimated delivery date. Every day, the expected shipping date changes, which leaves me uncertain about when the order will arrive.

If the delay is likely to continue for an extended period (for instance, up to two months), I would like to cancel the order and request a refund. However, I have not been able to find a way to reach customer service directly. I keep getting redirected to a website, and despite extensive searching, I have not found a proper communication method with the customer service.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Same here, order states as shipped on 3rd of September, ETA 11th of September, then on 15th changed into 'Carrier shipment delay' and that's about it. No help from customer service, keep getting "we will get back in 24 to 48 hours with an answer". After 48 hours they need another 48 hours. I might be left with one option to cancel the order, due to lack of honesty from Dell.
