Name error on invoice

I recently purchased a Dell laptop online for work purposes. Unfortunately, there was an error in the name on the order, and my workplace requires this to be corrected before processing payment. When I contacted Dell customer service, I was told they cannot make any corrections once an order has been placed.

This has created significant inconvenience for me as a customer, and it shows a lack of flexibility and support for people who rely on Dell products for work. I strongly urge Dell to review this policy and take customer needs more seriously. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing Dell products online.

purchase from Harvey normal, good guys etc rather than online dell shop

I gave my order details to call centre and escalated call to supervisor. He said it’s a dell policy once purchased done no changes. We don’t know you anymore. No care <Prohibited word or character substitution used. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>

If you purchased from a retailer, they are the ones to contact, not Dell.
