Need to change billing method for order
I had to cancel the card I purchased the laptop on. The laptop is through production, but it has not been shipped yet. I have tried every avenue to remediate this via customer service avenues on the website, but those are all monumentally lacking. All I need to know is if I can change the billing method without canceling the order. If I can, tell me how. If not, we are going to have to cancel the order.
