New laptop - failed within 30 days - request for full refund
I purchased an Inspiron 14 2-1 - order number <To protect you, your private information was removed from public view. All applicable data was saved to your private Case. DELL-Admin> - it was delivered on the 29th August.
Last week on the 25th Sept the laptop would not turn on. I've tried multiple times to contact Dell via your website, virtual assistant and self help resources to try and gain support. On numerous occasions I've been directed to a phone number 0800 028 2660 - this number plays a recorded message that directs me back to the same resources that have already failed. Therefore - as per my rights, I would like to claim a full refund on your laptop.

The 30 day clock starts the date the shipment takes place, so that no doubt expired. You should request repair, but won't get a return/refund/replacement at this point.

You need to call technical support - not customer care. They can arrange a repair if it's deemed needed.
