I got the same "call now to verify or we will cancel your order" email today. I am at work and the call has been on hold for an hour so far with no one picking up. I had bought several computers from Dell in the past, and had no idea it had gotten this bad. This will likely be the last one for me, too easy to buy computers from somewhere else.
