No order confirmation email?

I tried to order a system online several hours ago.  I ran into problems, so I had an online chat with somebody for about 30 minutes. Then they called me, and that took 15-20 minutes more.  I didn't get a confirmation email, and I still don't see my order online either.  This really worries me, especially after reading a lot of posts here about orders being cancelled for no reason.  If my order does go through, I hope my new computer functions better than the people I had to deal with.

I tried to get back into online chat, but obviously it's NOT available 24/7.
