Me either. I placed around 11AM, but still not receive confirmation email. And the DPID cannot find in the system.

I have the same issue, ordered yesterday and have no confirmation email and nothing showing on my account. I contacted sales via the webchat and they said they were aware of an issue and they are working on it, and should get confirmation once it's fixed.
