No replacement laptop

Spent $2k on a new laptop with premium support. It was a lemon. Two part replacements/repairs within first few months and 3rd part is delayed a month. They will not replace the laptop. I will NEVER purchase or recommend a Dell computer again.  And, I will not be supporting the funding of enterprise-wide Dell products in our health system.  Really disappointed with Dell's service recovery policies.
