No return shipping label?
After being made to wait 5 weeks to get my defective laptop replaced. I was told that there would be a shipping label and to use the box from the new laptop to ship the defective laptop back. I finally received it on Friday the 9th, and there was no return shipping label included. So today, Monday the 12th, I get a threatening email from Dell exchange saying that my return laptop is late and I'm risking an interruption in my technical support? Here's the body of the email. Maybe i'm just being a little sensitive.
We are contacting you on behalf of Dell regarding an exchange that was sent to you for the INSPIRON 5423. The replacement order was shipped to you on 11/8/2012. Our records show that the original product has not been received back at Dell and is overdue. Please return Dell's product today in order to avoid interruption of technical support. You may schedule your free pick up using the previously provided return waybill. Please reply to us with the waybill number being used. If you need a return waybill or would like to speak to a representative, call today before 4:00 p.m. EST and reference exchange order number.

If you are waiting for a return label you can use this form to request it.
They are suppose to give you a couple weeks to transfer your data, did they do that?

Haha! I had to wait over seven weeks to get a replacement, and also didn't get a return label. I suppose things like this are expected to happen after outsourcing support.

I'm having a similar experience. I've been waiting for past 10 days for a Return Label. All I have received, when I inquired about about the label is " Please call our Tech Support Department to help resolve your issues".
It's unbelievable that such a reputable company, has the worst after sales support / customer support.
