No update on Order

I place an order for an Inspiron 15 7000 Series 2-in-1 (7506), and active and a mouse on November 20th.  I have already receive the pen and the mouse but the 2-in-1 is nowhere to be found. On my Dell account it says that it was shipped on the 23rd with 2day ground via FEDEX. On my FEDEX account it stated originally a delivery date of the 27th. Now it says it is still pending. Dell still says shipped and no one person can tell me where the item is. Any idea as to what is doing on with Dell? I have been with them since 2004 when we got our first system with them and have since purchased several. This is the first time I have ever had issues and the last purchase prior to this one was in 2015. I have contacted two different CS agents and have gotten nowhere!

"Your order is in international transit and is estimated to be delivered on or before 12/4/2020. Tracking will be updated once the package reaches carrier. "

So while Dell says shipped, it doesn't necessarily mean it is getting shipped to you. Have to wait for it to arrive from overseas to Chicago and then to me. Seems to me like they need to modify how they send out notifications and updates.

Hi, The order is on time and there is no delay. You will be able to track it in a few days with the same email sent to you.

I am getting conflicting answers. First it should have arrived on the 27th. Then it is and international shipment. Then they would contact me in 24-48 hours. Now they tell me they lost the package but have to wait for logistics in case they just misplace the label before issuing a replacement. You didn't hesitate to take the money out of my account, but I can't get a straight answer from anyone? I have expedited shipping and it should have arrived already. I just want to know where my  laptop is!

The package is estimated to be delivered between 12/4/2020 and 12/8/2020.

I am confused. If "The package is estimated to be delivered between 12/4/2020 and 12/8/2020", then why has a return request been started? Can anyone give me a straight answer?

I see the regional team has raised this issue with the logistic team.

Got a text from FEDEX and an email from Dell CS, my laptop has been located in TN and should arrive on the 9th.
