Online order nightmare
I tried to order the new XPS online twice and despite getting the Internet Receipt Numbers after placing the order (right after the checkout page), haven’t receipt any online confirmation (and no it is not in my spam, either). Trying to track the orders via IRN didn’t help either, as the searchbox didn’t recognise either of the IRN. My bank says I haven’t been charged yet, but this kind of poor online payments management can also potentially lead to people getting charged multiple times. To top it off, there is no helpline available or chat option either, go figure...
Posting here was the last option to try before potentally wasting hours tomorrow to talk to a customer representative...
