After 6 weeks I am still waiting for my missing from order AIO computer stand. The people at Dell are always very polite but they have promised me twice to send the stand and it still hasn't happened.I have a $2000 computer that I am unable to use due to a $70 missing stand. This isn't the first time this has happened in Australia, I have received an email from another person who had the same problem. They have removed my service request no. although it still hasn't been sent. I will keep you posted.
I apologize for the unpleasant experience you have had! I understand how inconvenient this could have been. This is not what we want our customers to go through. We assure you that this situation is not indicative of the quality service Dell is capable of providing. Let me know if you have got the resolution form our customer care team. If not, I can chase this up with them for you.
