Customer Service is closed on the weekends. It is not possible to solve this here in this user to user forum. You need to contact Dell Order Support directly-

If the order is canceled for any reason there is nothing much that can be done to reinstate the order. You will need to contact the sales team to place a new order.
I would recommend you contact the verification team first & check if there is any hold on your account. If there is a hold any order you place will be automatically canceled until the account is verified.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the order number, registered name & email address.

I tried call on Friday and today. I knew the customer service was closed during the weekend.
Today I tried call them 3 times. I waited more than 40 minutes in each call and nobody answered.
I tried by chat, I tried call the sales and the verification departments as well. A nobody helped me.
So if nobody answer me at customer department and the other departments cannot help me.
I wish I could have some help here.
