Order cancelled, rewards points never returned, #3
I have had the same issues, there is no way to talk to someone on the website who knows what or how to do this, i had dell rewards points after buying an alienware area 51 and points went towards an order that never got an order number and had a problem I have no way to get those points back, it was a significant amount. @DELL-Cares
