Hi @Jazzbassjmak  please open your online Dell account to see how your order is progressing. Dell will invoice you when it arrives in the US and clears customs, only then can Dell arrange delivery of your Alienware x14 (your online Dell account Sign In, is in top RH corner).

I certainly hope they don't send to the US I need it in NZ. Also my order hasn't progressed yet. It is only at the received stage but not confirmed, which is the issue.

Hi @Jazzbassjmak this is an English speaking user-to-user Alienware laptop forum. As your opening post did not reveal location, the default is US location. Did not find Dell New Zealand Alienware laptop forum, so you will have to tolerate this forum. 

Dell is still checking when your Alienware x14 will be fabricated within their assembly facility. It will take more than four days for this information to become available.
