Order Confirmation Problems?
I purchased an Inspiron laptop nearly 2 weeks ago, and I've gone through quite a few problems, firstly I didn't verify my order in time, then I had to wait a while, but it got re-ordered 4 days ago. But in the re-order email it said:
I have booked your order and have attached your Order Acknowledgment to verify this.
What's Next?
We will email your Order Confirmation shortly with your Estimated delivery Date.
This Order Confirmation will also include your Order Number and Customer Number.
With these numbers you can check the progress of your order at anytime by using our web site: http://www.dell.com.au/le/orderstatus .
Delivery Information:
Deliveries take place during working hours Monday through to Friday.
Please check your email regularly for up to date information about your order.

It said I would get an order confirmation email, but I haven't, do I have to wait a bit longer? Or has my order gone through another cancellation? What is the problem!
