Order Confirmation
I ordered a dell laptop 5 days ago, but I have not yet received a confirmation email and when I check the order status it says the order number has not yet been assigned. I did order this through a guest account, though, so it's not in my list of recent orders. If it helps, my Dell Order number is

they sent me a verification for the wrong computer, on the fifth day of calling them, they told me I waited too long, and shipped the wrong machine to the wrong address, three times. Then they would not return it and offered money back which then was not paid. The only thing that has worked is when they took the money out of my account. Don't worry, this is just the beginning of your nightmare.
