Order confirmed - payment reverted?

Last week I ordered a Dell XPS 15 laptop through sales rep and everything comes through, I got confirmation email the next day and the order has been in "Confirmed" status since. I contacted Customer Care and received the news that my payment got out of holding and in production and I could expect delivery date on time.

The payment was registered in my bank as "pending" til today, it got reverted for no reasons. I checked on dell website and my order is still "Confirmed". 

Does it mean something wrong happened to my order and my payment? Should I expect the delivery on time?
