Order Mis-Shipment
I placed an order last week and received the wrong item today. I need this item for this weekend (it's a Messenger Bag) for a trip but now customer support in India can't guarantee that it will ship today. I can't find a bag to fit my M18X into so I am debating just ordering another one from the site and having it over-nighted but will I get reimbursed for the overnight shipping? Please help.

Welcome to the Community,
I apologize about the confusion with your order.I understand your urgency however Dell only provides estimated shipping dates and delivery dates.Even if you choose to reorder it online with a overnight shipping we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered before the weekend.
Only in cases when the order is not delivered as per the shipping method than Dell can reimburse the shipping charges.
