Order Not Confirmed and Delayed

I have made purchase of Dell Inspiron on 13th Oct and It was received by Dell showing that the estimated shipping date will be 15th , but it's 16th as I write this and My order is still not even confirmed by Dell. Even a small product on amazon is delivered fast than this. Is that how the service of Dell after purchasing. It's so irritating everyday just to wait for the confirmation of the order. You should change on your website the about the false promises about the delivery period you provide.
