Order number

We have been constantly using dell for both personal and business since over a decade now. As dell has grown and have good market share now I believe they now really don't care losing any customers.

We recently ordered for a laptop direct from dell (that's how usually we buy). The date of estimated delivery was almost after 2 weeks from the date of order placed.

I made a call to dell CS and requested them for a earlier delivery due to the urgent requirement they did push the delivery to an earlier date.

Since last 3/4 days the delivery system/link has been a joke. No one has neither delivered the laptop nor given a call to my number to deliver.

I provided my correct address along with my mobile number but can see updates in the link with late excuses.

Excuses are

1. Address Query (I updated them with correct address and number).
2. No access to the site. (The house is well in the Centre of the busy road)
3. Address query.

Now my question is

1. Did dell really take my urgent requirement seriously or was it just a game plan along with the delivery team to keep the customer at bay?

2. I waited without going to work to get the delivery at home. What responsibility does dell take for the same?

I did speak and mail to one of your CS member( Mr Michal P). He haven't got back to me after my last email.

As far as the delivery service provider Seal Syncreon is considered they are poor and not genuine. I did have chat with them.

Anyways I have requested for my order cancellation and going a head with store purchase.

Good luck on losing a loyal customer/s of my circle.
