Order progress went backwards

Question

I received notification that my build was complete and on its way to the local carrier. Today, I receive no notification of the status change of my order; however, now it has reverted to 'build in progress'. I don’t understand… if it was done and in transport to a packing facility, why is it back in production? Also, if it is indeed being built, which means it is still overseas, there is no chance of it arriving by the estimated delivery date. Therefore, update the expected delivery date. It seems that logistics are not one of Dell’s strengths…
