I recently ordered a Dell G15 on June the 5th and after having an issue with my bank account I was able to buy the laptop but didn't get a confirmation email from dell which is weird because I should get one at the moment that I paid that what the website told me at least. (note the only emails I received was one about an order received by dell and another one about the issue with payment)
I want to ask how long the confirmation will take and does it affect shipping and arrival dates?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

The the issue was solved, I tried to reply to your emails but every single time I send a reply it gives there was an error or not sent sorry for not replying to you and again thanks for reaching out.
