I am having the EXACT same issue. Same date and everything. The excuse I have been given has to do with the situation in China. The situation in China has not really changed in months. Even if that was the case, why are they still giving ship dates that are inaccurate? I mean, I know the reason but it is some of the worst CS I have ever experienced. I have been advised to check on my ship date constantly b/c I may need to send it to another address. I honestly just wanted an accurate estimate of a ship date - not a lie about one.
I have recently ordered the Laptop and expecting a delivery from Dell.
Please escalate and help me to get my product delivered or please refund the money so that I can go get a better laptop from a different vendor who is capable of delivering the product as promised
yeah, I don't think Dell is keeping their expected delivery date. I placed an order on Feb 2022, expected delivery March, then June, and now it is showing expected to ship in September. I think this is the last time in my entire to purchase anything from Dells.
