Package Lost

My laptop was not delivered. I can't file a claim with UPS because Dell has blocked that option. Getting help from Dell has gained nothing but a possibility that I might hear from someone sometime next week, which is a week after first contact. This is a simple problem: The package is lost. I don't have the laptop I bought. Thanks in advance for any help.

File a non-delivery charge back with  your credit card provider - let them know you've notified Dell.
