Package Shipped a week ago
My package was shipped a week ago but not delivered to fed ex yet. It was supposed to take about a day to get there but has not been delivered. See order number below. It would be great I'd I could get assistance with this.

If the package included a notebook or desktop computer, no -- it won't make it to Fedex in a day. Notebooks are shipped from China and desktops either from China or Mexico. Allow at least a week -- possibly two -- for international shipping.

Hi Brainrigby01,
We often create the waybills prior to the device even completing the order build. The product has to clear US Customs which is currently on a backlog given higher than normal volumes. Tracking will update once the product is handed off to the US side carrier.
