PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I logged a ticket on the 08/05/24 requesting for a quotation. after 5 tickets logged for the same quotation i still am yet to receive a quote. it is now the 14/05/24 all their service agents speak lies and dont assist they are pathetic as a service provider!
