Payment failure

After placing an order for a display, I received an email informing me that "We've encountered an issue with your original payment.". I checked my bank account and there was no pre-payment or payment. But I clicked on my order screen. The progress bar above says PAYMENT FAILED, but the prompt below again says Payment processed Your payment was successful, but it may take a few minutes for your order status to update. So can anyone tell me if this is a successful or failed payment?

And that email asks to change the payment method, but clicking on it is straightforward:
The payment storage system is currently unavailable. It is not possible to enter, view or change payment store information at this time. If you experience any inconvenience, please try again later.

I'd like to receive my new screen as soon as possible instead of wasting time.

How did you get on with this? I've just had the same. No issues from the bank, they state that Dell's authorisation process is years out of date. I am waiting for a "rebook" but I fear I am going to run into the same issue

I also have the same problem, purchased w an epromo gift card, if I cancel will I get my epromo gift card back? If I order again and purchase w/o epromo gift card can I get cash back?
