Payment Wasn't Automatized Support

After 24 hours of waiting on this order to be fixed after I called yesterday and the Dell Agent informed me that Dell's system just had an old expiration date on my credit card (never asked me for the correct one)

I have now decided it was easier to replace the order than to wait the 12 hour + wait I've had on your chat system (which is supposed to be your quickest form of communication) and my 2 30+ minute phone calls the 2nd of which dumped me to a computer after 30 minutes which refused to transfer me to an agent because it couldn't find my order number.

So to reiterate I have no way of making sure this order is canceled (there is a hold on my CC right now) as no one is picking up the phone today,  the chat thinks it's not during business hours 9:43 CST here right now, and when I try to submit a support inquiry with Dell's forms.   At this point I'm not sure how dell expects customers to correct payment issues.

Also I noticed my title is horrible Authorized not Automized
