Poor customer service
Dell told me on Aug 22 that they will return my money within 7-10 business days, but they didn’t. So I’ve contacted them more than three times and they said sorry for many times and promised they will process the refunds soon in two days. And one more week later, I still didn’t get any money back from Dell. So I called them again! This time, the agent said “....because you’re SILLY calling us today so we couldn’t contact you today and we would contact you within two days,and we couldn’t tell any information about your refunds, you should contact financial department.” you Indian talking about? I don’t understand your English and you're just rude! How can Dell hire you as you are unable to speak English fluently? And how can I contact as you wouldn’t give me the department’s contact information neither? I’ve waited for my refunds about one month!
