Hi guys, quite surprised here, and wanted to share my experience with all you.

Last Thursday 6.7.23 I asked for an offer for a monitor and a XPS 15 13th gen. My German unfortunately is very small, but it states Ablaufdatum: 09.08.23 what I understand means “Validity of the offer 9 August 2023”. However my address were wrong, and while placing the order (4,000 €!!) could not edit it. Then I asked to my “Customer center of Excellence Contact” to change the address, and she answered me that the offer is no longer valid. The offer states one month and mail states that the offer is valid only for 3 days!

What kind of commitment is a written offer for Dell? I thought it was something firm, but seems more to be “wet paper” (Spanish expression). And that is to buy, I do not want to know what would be the experience in case of support.
