Premium Support Failure
I recently contacted Dell support via chat for an issue I was having. I was on chat for over an hour and the tech did not help me with my issue at all. It was as if the tech was reading instructions while I waited for 20 minutes at a time. He could not uninstall Support Assist and then reinstall it for me. This is one of the most simple tasks or at least it should be but the tech had no clue how to do this task. I pay for Premium Support however I am getting zero support. When I speak to Dell techs over the phone I can not understand a word they are saying because of their thick accents. <Violation removed. See the Forum Code of Conduct. DELL-Admin>
