Their private response to me was that it was a supply issue. But when I asked why it was still listed for sale (no longer at the sale price now) with a 6 week delivery date, the response was a jumbled answer about it taking time to update the website with what is in the warehouse. Either way it’s shady dealings of not honoring the sale price or attempting to sell products they don’t actually have and don’t know when they’ll get.
Supply issue.... Epson can build a brand new factory with much shorter time, if demand is that great. I think Dell wants Epson to take a hit for that lowered selling price and got a no-go from Epson. I've cancelled my order and taken my money somewhere else.
