Problem in payment
Hello, my payment was successful on August 11, and the website shows that my computer is being made. But today I checked my bank account and found that the payment was not deducted. I want to know if my payment was successful? Because this order has been deducted once, and then when I checked my bank account today, I found that the deduction record disappeared, and the money was still there.
No Events found!

If you used credit card the payment is pending but will not be debited until the system actually ships which is 30 days or more.

Hi @Hendrey0924 welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Your Dell order gets reserved payment by your Bank. Dell takes payment when invoice issued and order despatched. There must be a parts problem, and your order is still not ready for despatch. Your Bank will retain your promise of payment for a few months, but if order is not fulfilled, the Bank will return the reserved payment back into your account. Dell Order Support should have updated your order details in your Dell account. These are strange times, worldwide Coronavirus pandemic.
