ProSupport Plus is a Joke

Question

Dell charged me $285 a month for ProSupport Plus. Called them on 1/24. They told me someone couldn't come out until 1/26. So much for 'Next Business Day'. Well the tech didn't show so they rescheduled it for 1/27. Tech didn't show again. I called Dell and they told me the techs are 3rd party contractors & Dell has NO control over them. They may or may not show up. It's not Dells problem.  I pay $285 a month for Next Business Day support & Dell has no control if anyone shows up or not? So it's been 4 business days and I can't get my laptop fixed. I'm canceling the ProSupport. It's a joke.
