I purchased Dell XPS14 ultrabook on 2-Jun-13. Which cost me a whopping 5500Dhms. I found out after two weeks that I was delivered a faulty system. It was not booting, i immediately contacted dell tech support on 18-Jun-13 and given my laptop for service, they suspected a faulty hard drive and later mother board issue. Finally after 20 days, my system was ready at the service center. In the mean time, I called the customer care and asked me to send the purchase bill and service receipt . I sent scanned copy bills to the dell executive handling my case and asked for a quote/confirmation along with sum queries whether I can go for a higher system with additional expenses, since the reviews are horrible for the model I had ordered, but since then I have received no reply from dell executive despite a daily reminder mails from me. I had even tried reaching dell replacement team through phone, but they keep assuring me that I will get a call soon for all my queries. Now I'm highly frustrated at this moment since even after paying for over 1.5 months I don't have a working system.
