Refund Money

My name is  Hung Pham. I returned my laptop to Dell 8 days ago but until now Dell didn't refund my money. They just call me when they received my laptop return and promise me they will refund in 3 days business. But now I didn't see Dell refund my money. When I call to customer care service, I talked on phone to a Dell's staff. He say he can't do on my credit card, he have to transfer to his manager. He said: " my manager will contact to you in next 2 days". Until now I didn't hear from Dell. I don't know Dell didn't solve my problem and they waste my time. They make me think Dell just wants take my money and they don't want to refund my money.

I need Dell to solve this case.

It can take up to 30 days to get your money back, depending on your bank and how fast Dell processes your return.  This being the holidays I wouldn't be surprised if its not until after the 1st. Also for your privacy, you should remove your order/customer numbers and Dell Purchase ID.

I am having same problem.  I returned a laptop after getting an authorization number. They received it and it has been 21 calendar and 15 business days. When I asked today about refund the agent could not give me good info on where it is.  Then just left the conversation.
