Refund Request Please

I would like to request a refund for a product but it says this every time I select "Return or Exchange Items"

Not Available
Online Return is not eligible at this time.
Could someone please allow me to submit my refund within the 30 days? Thank you.

If this is related to your recent order just a few days ago, unfortunately it would not be eligible for a return since the product falls under an enterprise product classification. We recognize this is likely not the response you are wanting to hear and we apologize for any inconvenience.
