Refund taking longer than 3 weeks?

Hi there,

Has anyone had problems with returning for a refund and receiving the refund? I had placed an RMA and used the provided label, which was delivered to Dell on 1/27. I've kept asking on status updates for this, but I keep getting the run around and was told originally 15 days, and then 2 days, and then another few days. It's definitely getting quite frustrating why this is taking so long and nobody seems to have an answer or is willing to help with checking on it or processing the refund.

I'm very sorry to hear of what has happened. This is not the experience we want our customers to have.

Could you provide the order # and the registered owner's name via direct message? I'll have it checked right away.
