Dell charges you only once the order has been invoiced/shipped until the amount is blocked on your card. If the order does not go through or if it is canceled the refund is automatically initiated in 2-3 business days.

 

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the order number, registered name & email address.
