Repair delay
I’m supposed to have a technician come to my house to put in a new motherboard for my aurora r10. I still have the warranty but they delayed the repair 4 times already within this last week. The computer breaking wasn’t even my fault as the dell website told me I needed a BIOS update, which lead to it messing up the motherboard. It’s getting frustrating having to wait as I need my computer for school. I also take days off of work and wait the entire day just so I find a message on my dell account saying the repair got delayed to the next day. I have to constantly check myself because Dell doesn't even bother telling me themselves that they are delaying it again. It's now telling me the technician is coming in tomorrow but I already know that's not happening. Am I expected to keep taking days off work and waiting all day just for my repair to keep getting delayed??
