I am preparing to file with the BBB today! It is great news hearing that a legitimate complaint will get a response. Thank you for posting this and giving me hope. It looks like filing with the BBB is really the way to go for (legitimate) complaints against Dell.

Dell was here yesterday.  Laptop has been repaired, all is well.

My PC order which should have arrived via "NEXT DAY" shipping on 2/4/2022 was miraculously found and finally delivered to FedEx on 2/7/2022 but only after I called my credit card company and disputed the charges as fraudulent.

With any luck I should receive the package today however the FedEx notes mention damage to the package/label so I suspect I will have to return it to Dell before I even open the box.
