Replacement for Alienware AW2518HF

Question

Hey so recently, I contacted support regarding issues with my monitor. They were very good with it and after a couple hours of talking they have offered me a replacement monitor, as mine was still under warranty. After a couple of hours, I got an email confirming that the replacement order had been processed, so I went to bed happy thinking that the replacement would arrive in the next couple of days. I woke up to a notification that my some of the parts had been delayed. Basically the monitor is delaying the order, I'm guessing it's out of stock or something, and I'm basically wondering how long it typically takes for it to be shipped out when there is a part of the order delayed like this? I've also had a few issues with having to restart the order multiple times because there were a few issues with the address or postcode which would ruin the order or something.   Thanks for any help!
