Request for BIS Certficate ModNo D15U(004)

Dear Support,

We as HaikuTech exclusively represent Slovenian manufacturer Keko Equipment Ltd.

For a specific Keko machine we are required to send a replacement pc, of Model/Type D15U004 under warranty to an Indian end user customer.

In order for this item to be correctly/freely imported into India we require an applicable BIS certification.

Will Dell be able to provide such certificate, free of charge and on short notes.

Do note the mother machine concerned is currently hard down and the logic controler needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
