Is the system more than 30 days from shipment?  You have only 30 days to request a return -- otherwise, repair is the way forward.  Similarly, the 30 days applies to individual's orders - not to orders for a business.

Thank you for your help. The machine is fewer than 30days from being shipped.

However, this machine is customized and according to the return policy, it is not eligible for return. Are there any ways to negotiate with Dell to return the machine? thx

Fine I quit. Still no response to return request. I searched for video reviews and found sunken keyboard is a common issue on Precision M3561. I am very disappointed and will never buy dell laptops again.

Don't take it personally, allegedly I have had a return/refund authorised, however they keep sending me e-mails asking for the pickup address, then handing me on to another person who asks for the address, and now the Dell staffer insists that I fill in a form even though he has the information because apparently he's too lazy to complete the mailing label himself.  I think I'm up to eight separate requests and I'm well past feeling any goodwill towards Dell, especially since there is no mechanism for making complaints on the site and if they are there, the phone numbers are well hidden.
