Return Label.. why is it so hard

I have no return slip to return my PC.  I have tried calling them (customer service) and I get hung on because they do not understand the order number I give them.  It is so frustrating. Its like they want me to give up on returning the order.

Hello, thank you for your quick response.  I still cannot get a hold of a customer service agent.  I tell the bot my number and it keeps saying I did not get that.  I have tried 7 times to repeat the number and it still does not bring me to a customer agent.
