return procedure, customer care contact?
<You replied to an old thread. Started your own thread. DELL-Admin>
I also need a phone number that I can speak with a live person. Everything, email, website has been no help returning a new computer. I have spent the last 10 days trying to find out how return procedure is done to no avail. Emails unanswered or tell me to go online where it ends up getting a blank page or booted off.
